Project Architect, Birmingham, £40k - £55k depending on experienceIf you would like to know more about this opportunity, please contact Sophie Randle at RGB Recruitment ASAP!A rare opportunity for a talented Project running Architect to join one of the UK's leading architecture, urbanism and design practices.Based within their Birmingham studio, you will become part of a collaborative team delivering projects that range from strategic masterplans and urban regeneration schemes through to mixed-use, workplace and education developments across the UK and internationally.This is an opportunity for an Architect who enjoys working at a larger scale, helping to shape places, communities and environments, while still maintaining involvement throughout the wider design process.The successful candidate will be a confident job running Architect with strong Revit skills, capable of taking a project brief and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.Responsibilities
* Lead projects from briefing stages through to delivery
* Produce and coordinate design and technical information
* Work closely with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
* Contribute to masterplanning, urban design and placemaking projects
* Attend client meetings, workshops and presentations
* Coordinate project teams across multiple work stages
Requirements
* ARB Registered Architect with UK in practice experience
* Strong Masterplanning and Urban Design experience
* Proficient in Revit (essential)
* Proven project running experience
* Strong communication and presentation skills
