National Account Customer Care Executive

Essential Cuisine Ltd, part of Solina Group, is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of stocks, sauces, and gravies to the UK’s foodservice and food manufacturing sectors.

Due to our continued rapid growth, Essential Cuisine Ltd is looking to appoint two National Account Customer Care Executives (one full‑time position and one part‑time position) to join our successful team in Winsford, Cheshire.

In this role, you will make outbound phone calls to chefs, creating new sales opportunities by introducing our product ranges and demonstrating how our solutions can support them in their busy kitchens. Alongside driving sales, you will build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.


Skills / Experience Required

* Customer Service experience
* Outbound telesales / sales experience would be beneficial
* Excellent communication skills and a polite and confident telephone manner
* Experience with CRM system, Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Experience in the food industry is an advantage but full training will be given; however a passion for food is essential
* Team player


Responsibilities

* Daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospect customers (chefs)
* Working closely with a Business Development Manager providing support
* Focused campaign calling
* General administration tasks including updating of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database, Microsoft Office


Qualifications and Education Requirements

* Maths and English GCSE grade C or above
