Drive the successful implementation of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework across Stibo Systems, ensuring alignment between marketing, product, and sales teams. This role focuses on training, process evaluation and integration, and re-engineering workflows to support a collaborative GTM process.
What You Will Deliver
1. Lead the integration of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework across teams to ensure a market-driven approach to product development and go-to-market strategies.
2. Develop and maintain an action plan to incorporate pragmatic principles into key processes, ensuring alignment across product, marketing, and sales functions.
3. Train teams on core aspects of the Pragmatic Framework, empowering them to apply it effectively in their roles.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project governance structures, process improvements, and training plans that drive adoption of the framework.
5. Champion best practices, scalability, and continuous improvement efforts to refine marketing, product, and sales strategies.
6. Deliver training programs tailored to product marketing and sales teams, integrating core principles of the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
7. Demonstrate strong expertise in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework and its application within marketing, product, and sales processes.
8. Manage cross-functional projects with proven experience, focusing on product marketing strategies and execution.
9. Lead process improvement efforts aligned with marketing and product goals.
10. Work with Agile methodologies and understand the product development lifecycle (SDLC).
11. Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
12. Apply strong problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions for challenges in product marketing execution.
13. Advocate for change management and promote framework adoption organization-wide.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related fields.
* Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC or PMM) is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in Agile project management and governance practices.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and aligning product, marketing, and sales functions.
* Strong commercial acumen supporting software sales and GTM initiatives.
