The Digital Healthcare Group in Cambridge (UK) is looking for a Laboratory Technician to lead testing of sensors in blood within their new testing laboratory for a 6 month contract.
The position is a hands-on role with the support of senior engineers and scientists.
1. Blood manipulation
2. Sensor testing aqueous/blood
3. Data collection
4. Record Keeping and report writing
5. WI/SOP generation
6. Participate in technical team discussions and problem-solving exercises
7. Minimum - Science Degree
8. Good problem solving and communication skills.
9. Willingness to work with blood and associated materials
10. Ability to work in collaborative and team focused environment.
11. Willingness to learn
12. Experience in electrochemistry
13. Industry specific experience in one or more medical technology sectors (e.g. surgical, pharma, biotech, life sciences)
14. Familiarity of working within a regulated environment e.g. ISO 13485
