The Role
* Leading and supervising your shift
* Leading the shift, ensuring residents are care for to the highest of standards, liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered
* Administering and recording medication
* Carrying out risk assessments
* Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible
* Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

About You
* NVQ Level 3 in health and social care desirable or willingness to complete must have minimum of NVQ 2 in health and social care.
* Be well-organised and IT literate
* Be able to delegate tasks and strong leadership qualities
* Proven ability to lead and supervise others
* Experience in formulating person centred care planning.
* Be experienced in medication administration
* Above all, have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling
