Site Supervisor - Commercial Facades Craigavon/Glasgow Up to £42k package (negotiable DOE) Full-Time/Permanent A well-established and award-winning construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their commercial faade division, delivering large-scale uPVC faade and building envelope packages across high-profile projects in Scotland and Northern Ireland. This role currently operates on a 4/5-day working week in Scotland until project completion, with all travel, accommodation and subsistence fully arranged. The Role: Supervise day-to-day operations across faade and general construction projects Manage installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers Monitor programmes and highlight delays, risks or variations Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations Carry out site inspections and quality checks Act as key point of contact for clients and main contractors Coordinate material procurement and plant Maintain site records, H&S documentation and progress reporting Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a Site Supervisor / Foreman / Assistant Site Manager role Background in general construction, fit-out, cladding or faade works Willingness to travel and work away when required Full clean driving licence Valid CSR / CSCS Card Desirable Skills: Experience with uPVC, composite or faade systems Use of tablets/laptops for site audits and inspections Knowledge of construction materials supply chain coordination The Perks: Competitive salary & package Company vehicle fuel Living away allowance and food subsistence provided Hire vehicle, accommodation, flights and parking facilitated Long-term opportunity with a growing commercial contractor To be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your most recent CV OR for more information, get in touch with Eibhleann at Total Care Recruitment for a confidential chat.
