With a collaborative team spanning strategy, creative and production, they're looking for an Account Manager to help drive client success and deliver standout work.
The Role
This is a client-facing position sitting at the heart of the agency. You'll be responsible for managing relationships, overseeing project delivery and ensuring campaigns move smoothly from brief through to execution.
Working closely with strategy, creative and paid media teams, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards, managing timelines and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple accounts
* Lead client calls, meetings and presentations
* Brief internal creative and strategy teams effectively
* Oversee project timelines and delivery schedules
* Manage feedback and approval processes
* Support campaign launches and always-on content programmes
* Identify opportunities to expand client partnerships and scope of work
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class social campaigns
About You
* 2–4 years' experience in an agency or social media environment
* Strong understanding of social platforms and content creation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Commercially minded with an understanding of account growth
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
