Job Title: Document Scanning Operative
Directorate: Print, Scan, and Data Management Department
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Preparation of documents for scanning, (e.g., removing staples, paperclips)
2. Processing of documents through Kodak scanners
3. Indexing of fields as defined by the client (data entry)
4. Accurate page to screen quality checking
5. Accurate completion of paperwork and spreadsheets
6. Retrieval/re-processing of documents upon request
7. Meeting/exceeding targets defined to deliver the contract
8. Assisting colleagues to achieve SLA’s
9. Complying with company and client policies and procedures
10. Assisting with operational testing
11. Other duties as required
Essential Candidate Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
12. Can demonstrate a good level of PC experience
13. Accurate keyboard skills
14. Ability to focus on the task being completed
15. Ability to achieve SC level of security clearance
16. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
