What youll be doing
* Develop and manage 4D models that integrate project schedules with BIM environments
* Produce high-quality visualisations and simulations to support tenders, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
* Collaborate closely with planners, engineers, and BIM teams to define sequencing and methodology
* Monitor project progress and update models to reflect real-time status
* Support the continuous improvement of digital construction processes across projects
What were looking for
* Proven experience in construction planning and scheduling
* Proficiency with 4D planning tools (e.g. Synchro, Navisworks)
* Strong understanding of BIM and construction methodologies
* Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
* Eligibility to obtain SC security clearance
