The privately owned company is a well established hard FM provider who have been a recognised name in the industry for over 30 years. The Mechanically qualified engineer will be part of a maintenance team of 4 undertaking the Landlord and tenant planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm the role will be covering commercial and high end residential properties that are located all next to each other in Mayfair. Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs, FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Sprinkler Systems Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
