What Youll Be Doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEMH
Supporting with de-escalation, emotional regulation, and classroom focus
Building trusted, professional relationships with vulnerable students
Helping students re-engage with education through structured learning
Working closely with pastoral staff, therapists, and teaching teams
Supporting tailored behaviour plans and learning targets
Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this Camden School:
A graduate with a 2:1 or above in education, psychology, or childhood development
Previous experience working with children or young people (SEMH or SEN preferred)
Emotionally resilient, patient, and confident in handling behavioural challenges
Excellent communicator and proactive team player
