Job Summary
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for working within a busy sales office as part of a proactive sales team. The role will be to efficiently and effectively deal with customer queries whilst providing ad hoc administration support to the Wholesale Account Managers.
Sales:
1. Handling customer enquiries in an effective an efficient manner.
2. Resolving any customer complaints or concerns.
3. Processing customer’s orders and making sure the correct information is processed.
4. Building a business relationship with customers.
5. Giving product information including stock availability, prices and delivery.
6. Processing customers orders through our system.
7. Placing enquiries and orders with suppliers.
8. Making sure the correct delivery information is processed.
