The Role
As a C# Developer, you’ll design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions using C# and .NET within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This is a hands-on development role focused on writing clean, scalable code and configuring cloud services to deliver secure, high-performing integrations across ERP, HR, Payroll, and Field Services systems.
What You’ll Do
* Develop integration solutions using C#, .NET, and Azure services
* Build integrations with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB
* Develop and maintain Workday integrations for HR, Recruitment, Payroll
* Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
* Automate workflows with PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs
* Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise integration workflows for performance and reliability
* Produce clear technical documentation and contribute to design sessions
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in C#/.NET development
* Strong skills in building integration solutions
* Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
* Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines
* Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, REST APIs)
Desirable:
* Experience with Workday integrations or Power Platform
* Familiarity with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Application Insights
* Microsoft certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400)
* Exposure to multi-cloud or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
