The role involves creating and implementing engaging content, tracking the performance of digital activity & campaigns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure alignment with product launches, promotions, and brand messaging. This is pro-rata in the first part year, following probation.Life Assurance 2x annual salaryFree onsite parking Incredible core company values Job Role: Designing and creating digital content for social mediaManaging and implementing marketing photography libraryCreating artwork using Adobe Suite, planning and creating Instagram Reels / TikTok videosAssisting in creating and developing digital marketing plans and defining campaign schedules in line with product launchesMaintaining and developing multiple social media channels for both lead-generation and branding purposesResearching & coming up with topic ideas, coordinating and booking slots for our active YouTube channelAssisting with all digital marketing budgets, track campaign results and suggest improvements for future campaignsPlanning and running competitions across social channelsEvent implementation from a digital POVSupporting, creating and implementing PPC campaignsMonitoring and analysing campaign performance with support from Senior Digital Marketing ExecutiveSupporting Senior Digital Marketing Executive with execution of influencer programAssisting with protecting the brand reputation through social monitoringCreating E-shots for 3rd party bookings, liaising with 3rd party suppliers to book and supply contentMonitoring analytics of email performance with feedback on future developmentsSupporting email communications and development of in-house email marketing Website content monitoring, liaising with design team and SEO analystUploading of supporting marketing material to company portalsSupporting with the creation and research of 3rd party website advertisingCollaborating with Offline Marketing/Communications team to research, develop and implement marketing campaignsImplementing digital outreach campaigns across email and social media platforms.Align digital activity with event or press activityLiaise with Technical & Technical Engagement department to ensure digital campaigns align with business objectivesFollowing up deliverables for any agreed partnerships or competitionsAssisting with research opportunities to support digital activityFollowing existing company processes, providing valuable feedback and insightsTracking and updating tasks with our project management systemWorking closely with Senior Digital Marketing Executive to constructively review and develop digital marketing processesContributing to monthly digital reporting procedure including but not limited gathering stats and adding own analysis to support with future learningsMaintaining accurate records and project management across multiple digital platformsActing as a brand guardian ensuring digital materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging and visual identitySkills and experience: 4 years experience in a previous digital marketing role or similarKnowledge of a wide range of digital marketing techniques and concepts within social media, emailing marketing and digital campaign implementationExcellent organisation and time management skillsExcellent written and communication skills (digital specific)Ability to adapt content to support multiple audiences (B2B and B2C) and platforms.Experience with managing social campaigns from start to finish on Facebook, X, Linked in Instagram and TikTok.Confident, reliable, hardworking individualAble to work independently and as part of a teamExtensive knowledge of Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling program.Competent in Adobe Suite and CanvaProven experience in creating Instagram ReelsExperience working with brand guidelines to maintain a high standard within brand messaging across all digital activityExperience in using email building softwareUnderstanding of SEO keywords and Digital Marketing or CIM qualification is advantageousPlease Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
