Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our DP World Contract Logistics site for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Stanford-le-Hope, Essex. This role is essential to ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will lead the inventory team, manage control processes, and serve as the key escalation point for inventory-related issues. This is an on-site position, working Monday through Friday.
Location: DP World Contract Logistics, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, this will be a rotating shift pattern, every 3 weeks, between the core hours of 6am and 10pm

How You Will Contribute
1. Lead and manage the inventory team to maintain and improve efficiency and quality of work.
2. Oversee all aspects of the Cycle Counting Program.
3. Act as the first point of escalation for inventory accuracy and availability issues.
4. Ensure all inventory-related customer complaints and queries are resolved within SLA.
5. Provide internal and external inventory reports and metrics.
6. Design, implement, and maintain work instructions and SOPs for the department.
7. Identify and act on potential inventory control issues across departments.
