Part-Time Sales Administrator Hull £13 per hour ⏰ 20 hours per week (Part-Time) We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team in Hull. This role is ideal for someone with previous administration or sales support experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and internal teams. This is a varied role involving order processing, customer support, logistics coordination and general office administration. Key Responsibilities Order Processing Enter and process customer orders accurately Liaise with the production team to obtain delivery dates Update customer sales portals with order information and progress Customer Support Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email Provide delivery updates and order information Handle queries and direct customer complaints appropriately Documentation & Administration Raise purchase orders for purchase requisitions Book in goods once deliveries have been checked File customer and supplier delivery notes Maintain spreadsheets and input data accurately Process supplier proforma invoices Monitor and chase outstanding purchase deliveries Provide general administrative support to the production and CAD teams Logistics & Coordination Arrange courier deliveries Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing ...
