Overview

Learning and Development Business Partner

We are so pleased to be partnering with our client to recruit a Learning and Development Business Partner to join their team. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in designing and delivering impactful learning and development programmes across the business and foster a culture of continuous learning. This role will lead the development of structured learning programmes that enhance workforce capability and align with business strategy. In particular, the role will focus on training programmes that support skills development, career pathways, leadership growth, and compliance requirements.

Please note that this role is hybrid and requires you to be onsite 5 days per week.


Responsibilities

* Develop training programmes that align with business objectives and workforce needs.
* Structure learning interventions to support employee progression and leadership development.
* Identify skill gaps and design targeted development solutions.
* Oversee digital learning platforms and ensure seamless training delivery.
* Manage the core global learning programmes and ensure that they are effectively communicated.
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company-wide training requirements.
* Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
* The delivery of internal programmes.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to integrate L&D strategies into business planning.

This is a full-time hybrid role based at offices in Jericho.

Experience Essentials

* The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum with previous strategic L&D experience within a multinational corporate business.
* You must be well versed in succession planning, leadership development and workforce analytics.
* This role would suit someone with strong organisational and project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills to assess training and programme effectiveness.


Location

This role is hybrid requiring 3 days in the office in North Oxford. Parking is available.
