Full Time Food & Beverage Assistant

takes immense pride in its service and food offerings. At the heart of our clubhouse, we serve a high-quality bar menu and cater for member events and golf societies.
The position is a full-time role and as such best suited to those that have completed full time education and are over the age of 18 for alcohol licencing purposes. Our opening hours are between 8am – 8pm with only occasional evening functions. We care about our staff and as such we work straight shifts (no split shifts), hours include weekends and bank holidays.
This is a contracted position of 40 hours per week.
As a reliable member of our team, you will work closely with "Jamie and Lia" our Clubhouse Managers to ensure that all details of the service provision are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.

Overview of Role:
To assist the Clubhouse Manager in the smooth running of the food and beverage operations at the Club, maintaining excellence in quality service and guest relations.
We strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all our members and guests, so a sociable and personable nature is important and of course a big smile
Experience in bar work and/or food service preferred, but attitude and personality are the number one qualification for this role, you can be reassured that training and support is provided.
Summary of core duties,
* To maintain our quality standards in food, beverage, and customer service.
* To prepare and serve beverage orders in line with our quality standards
* To serve food orders in line with our quality standards
* To maintain the setting of tables and seating arrangements for social and formal events.
* To greet and take orders from our members and guests in line with our quality standards.
* To handle point of sale transactions accurately and securely.
* To help maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and hygiene within the premises.
* To deliver our day-to-day business, private functions, and events in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
* To ensure adherence to statutory requirements, prioritising the health and safety and wellbeing of fellow employees, our members and guests.

Pay: £20,800.00-£25,584.00 per year
