We seek to recruit BOTH Electrical Building Services Engineers and Mechanical Building Services Engineers as part of a new recruitment campaign and growing department.

You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks and Inspections and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly and 6 monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements.
Being a skilled M&E / Building Services Engineer either Mechanical or Electrically biased or pure skilled in either discipline, naturally you will be suitably qualified in either NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems, experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems.
3rd Level NVQ level qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar with excellent fault finding skills.
Experience with electrical systems, switchgear and earthing systems (LV & HV)
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
2391/2394/2395 Testing & Inspection qualification is desirable but not essential for qualifying for the role.
This is a mobile / field based role and will have added earnings with overtime and an on call rota.
