SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead Consultant
Permanent | £95,000 + benefits | UK-wide (hybrid)
Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance
Overview:
As an SAP Finance Lead, you'll own the FICO workstream for enterprise-scale S/4HANA programmes, overseeing solution design, configuration, and delivery while ensuring best-practice financial process alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead workshops to capture business requirements across Finance and Controlling.
* Define and deliver high-quality FICO solutions within S/4HANA.
* Oversee configuration, testing, and integration with other functional streams.
* Provide thought leadership in finance transformation, reporting, and automation.
* Coach team members and ensure quality assurance across all deliverables.
Experience Required:
* Extensive SAP FICO implementation experience, ideally with exposure to S/4HANA Finance.
* Deep understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and integration with SD, MM, and CO-PA.
* Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
* Prior experience working in a consulting or systems integrator environment.
