Head of Legal and Governance – Are you a strategic leader, a governance visionary, and a compliance champion? We are looking for a dynamic and high-impact individual to lead a multidisciplinary team made up of Executive Assistants along with Legal and Governance professionals.
Responsibilities
* Provide overall leadership and direction of the Legal and Governance function.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team consisting of Executive Assistants and Legal and Governance professionals.
* Be a key member of the senior management team, shaping governance strategy and ensuring compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated strategic leadership, governance expertise, and compliance focus.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and advising senior management on governance and legal matters.
