Description We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Accounts Manager to join our Dudley office. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, oversee the delivery of high-quality compliance work, and play a key role in maintaining exceptional client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of accurate accounts, compliance work, and advisory support Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser Review work prepared by team members, providing clear feedback and technical guidance Lead, support, and mentor junior colleagues, promoting consistent, high-quality output Plan and prioritise workflow to ensure deadlines are met efficiently Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and internal quality standards Identify opportunities to add value and support business growth Represent the firm professionally through conduct, communication, and client service Key Requirements We’re seeking a proactive and quality-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering great client service.
