Position Overview: The Legal Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top legal professionals for NPS Law. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and talent gaps across all practice areas. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. * Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, industry events, and online platforms. * Maintain relationships with law schools, legal associations, and professional organizations. * Ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with NPS Law’s culture and values. * Track and report recruitment metrics and performance data. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree required; JD or background in legal recruiting strongly preferred. * 2 years of recruiting experience within a law firm, agency, or corporate legal department. * Strong understanding of legal industry roles, terminology, and hiring trends. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously. * Proficiency with recruiting software and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
