Role & Responsibilities
* Daily Support: Handling student late arrivals and early pick-ups with accuracy and care.
* Customer Service: Taking phone messages for teaching staff and redirecting queries to the appropriate departments.
* Organization: Managing the "Lost Property" station and ensuring it is regularly cleared and sorted.
* Compliance: Ensuring all visitor ID checks are completed before granting access to the main school building.
