About the Role:
As a Reception Porter at Cairn Group, you’ll play a key role in creating a smooth and welcoming arrival and departure experience for our guests.
You’ll be the first point of contact on arrival—greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and guiding them through the hotel while supporting the front office team to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
From managing guest requests and delivering items to rooms, to maintaining the presentation of public areas and supporting reception during busy periods, you’ll help ensure a high standard of service across the hotel.
You’ll also assist with guest queries, provide local knowledge, and support the wider team with operational tasks—ensuring every guest feels welcomed, supported, and valued throughout their stay.
Whether working independently or alongside the front office team, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent service.
