Retail Support Analyst
Role Profile
Reports to: Facilities/Compliance Manager
Location: Glasgow, office based
Salary: Dependent on experience
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Role Overview
With a service-oriented mindset and the customer’s best interest at heart, as a Retail Support Analyst you will be responsible for supporting our retail stores across the United Kingdom.
You will join a team where your role will be vital to the success of the operation, so being collaborative is essential.

What does a typical day look like?
* Providing retail stores with fast, consistent, and high-quality support
* Carrying out stock take investigations
* Updating stock batch records
* Supporting with stock control issues
* Recording transfer discrepancies
* Inputting uniform stock adjustments
* Allocating expense codes
* Recording theft issues
* Carrying out filing and general administration tasks
* Performing any other ad-hoc duties within the Retail Support team
