What You’ll Need
* RMN registration and valid UK NMC Pin – essential
* Senior leadership experience within CAMHS or child/adolescent mental health services
* Proven ability to lead a clinical team, manage complex care needs, and maintain compliance with CQC standards
* Passion for training, mentoring, and developing staff
What You’ll Do
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the CAMHS ward.
* Support, mentor, and develop the clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and clinical governance policies.
* Maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Champion best practice in child and adolescent mental health nursing.
