Electrician – Social Housing

Our client, a well-established and reputable social housing contractor, is currently looking to recruit a qualified Electrician to work across occupied domestic properties. This role covers installations, testing and inspection, and day-to-day reactive repairs within a social housing environment.

The Role
Working on a local patch, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical works in tenants' homes, ensuring all work is completed safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. Duties will include:
* Electrical installations and upgrades in domestic properties
* Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs)
* Day-to-day responsive and planned maintenance repairs
* Fault finding and remedial works
* Working in occupied homes and providing excellent customer service
* Completing paperwork and reports accurately using handheld devices
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 or 2394/2395 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
* Full UK driving licence
* A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
