What will I be doing?
* As a Customer Relations Officer, you will support the Regional Customer Hub in providing excellent customer service to our current client base.
* This includes onboarding new customers, being the first point of contact via phone and email, handling general requests, resolving queries, and conducting account reviews when necessary.
* Our goal is to deliver the best possible experience for our customers by keeping them informed, engaged, and maintaining proactive relationships.

* Previous administration experience, with the ability to foster positive customer relationships while managing expectations.
* Professional, confident, efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
* Ability to resolve customer problems promptly and proactively promote loyalty through account reviews and retention efforts.
