* Lead from the front, hands-on role managing a team of 8 Account Managers/Business Developers (some senior).
* Drive sales through your team with focus on Central Government, Local Government, Defence, Police & Education to global technology giants and government agencies.
* Execute the sales strategy as a key leadership position.
* Coach and drive your team, stay close to deals and the salespeople; this role suits a Sales Leader who loves the execution part of the process.

Essential experience required
* Background managing a team selling IT services to the Public Sector
* Experience running major bids of £5m-£20m in the Public Sector
* Achieved target 4 out of last 5 years
* Outstanding leader with a minimum of 5 years experience leading new business solutions salespeople
