Warehouse Operative (Night shift)– 4 on 4 off
Location: Desborough, Northamptonshire
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
Shift Length: 12-hour shifts 18:00-06:00
Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy distribution centre based in Desborough, Northamptonshire. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse staff looking for a consistent shift pattern and long-term work.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
* Picking and packing orders accurately
* Loading and unloading goods
* General warehouse duties
* Working to targets in a fast-paced environment
* Maintaining health & safety standards at all times
Requirements:
* A minimum of 6 months' previous warehouse experience is essential
* Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
