Gallery Coordinator, Weybridge - £25,000 Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5.30pm Role Overview An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic art gallery as a Gallery Coordinator. This entry-level role supports the delivery of digital marketing campaigns while assisting with customer service, dispatch, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will help promote exhibitions and artworks while ensuring a smooth client experience. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Assist in executing social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to promote artists, exhibitions, and new collections. Coordinate content schedules with the Marketing and Photography teams to ensure timely promotion of gallery activity. Support the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including exhibition launches and weekly bulletins. Assist with photography of artwork. Administration and Customer service Dealing with customers both face to face, over the telephone and via email in a friendly professional manner Maintain accurate client records. Coordinate artwork dispatches, including assisting the warehouse team with packaging etc Assist with the hanging of the artwork. Skills & Experience Strong organisational and communication skills.
