Are you an experienced Administrator seeking an opportunity to work within Finance? Are you free to start a fixed term contract as soon as possible until March 2026? Would you like to work within a positive and vibrant environment? Is Bradford City Centre convenient for you? If so, this could be just the job for you!

Working within a busy Finance Team, your duties as Finance Assistant will include:

1. Supporting the Head of Finance Operations with ad hoc duties
2. Managing the Finance inbox – triaging incoming items and ensuring a speedy response
3. Sales Ledger activities – allocating payments and chasing outstanding invoices
4. Purchase Ledger activities – processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements
5. Processing expenses
6. Assisting with credit card reconciliations
7. Assisting with the processing of prepaid cards
8. Supporting the wider finance team when required
9. Assisting in month end and year end processes as required

You will have:

10. Great administration, organisational and communication skills
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Strong Microsoft skills
13. The ability to remain calm under pressure
14. A methodical approach to your work
15. Experienced managing a busy inbox
16. Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger experience is desirable but not essential

In addition, you will be a friendly and helpful team player.

This role is to start as soon as possible on a fixed term contract and the hours of work are 37 per week worked flexibly Monday to Friday but will be predominantly office based.
