Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Dawlish is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Job Details:
* Start Date: ASAP
* Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
* Hours: 8:45 am – 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday
* Pay: £90 - £100 per day
About the Role:
* Support students aged 3-19 with personalised learning plans.
* Assist in delivering structured learning activities.
* Encourage independence, communication, and emotional regulation.
* Provide behaviour management and pastoral care.
