This role is key in upholding the highest standards of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) across all areas of the business. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the organisations SHEQ strategy in line with business objectives and industry best practices.
* Lead and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards.
* Monitor and analyse SHEQ performance data to identify trends and promote continuous improvement.
* Act as the primary contact for all SHEQ matters, both internally and externally.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., HSE, Environment Agency).
* Deliver regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Experience
1. Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior SHEQ role within the construction industry; experience in painting and decorating is advantageous.
