SALARY: £40,000 - £45,000

Embark on an exciting journey with a leading Drugs & Alcohol charity as a new Service Manager. In this permanent role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our vital services, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support. Based in South Gloucester, you'll be part of a dynamic team committed to making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
Promote social inclusion, and independence.
Lead this charity adult drug and alcohol treatment service in South Gloucestershire to ensure its operational effectiveness and embed a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Promote and represent the interests of this charity and its client group, and work in partnership with other agencies to meet the needs of the client group and the community.
Lead the recruitment process, and support staff through appraisals, supervisions, and coaching.
Ensure the continual development of the service in line with strategic objectives, missions aims, and with the clients at the forefront of decisions.
Liaise with stakeholders, commissioners, and partners.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Specialised training or certifications in healthcare management or service delivery.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
