Pay: £92.63 – £120 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Role Overview:
As an ASC Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting children with additional needs, delivering tailored interventions, and creating a nurturing, structured environment that promotes positive outcomes. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure every child receives the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASC
* Implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour plans
* Support communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Work collaboratively with school staff and external professionals
* Monitor progress and provide feedback on student development
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children with ASC, ideally in a primary setting
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Relevant qualifications in education, SEN, or childcare (desirable)
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
