About us
Fairmont Windsor Park is a beautiful, heartfelt retreat surrounded by 40 acres of English countryside that blends iconic heritage with modern elegance. Our five‑star hotel includes 251 luxurious bedrooms and suites accompanied by 7 restaurants and bars offering an unrivalled dining experience. Roles & Responsibilities
* Security Officers in our team always ensure a safe and secure environment for both guests and employees of our hotel and grounds.
* Assisting our Security Manager to put security measures in place for visits of guests and VIPs to the hotel and surrounding area.
* Monitoring surveillance cameras and assisting with investigations when necessary.
* Carrying out security patrols ensuring no unauthorised access in matters involving security, fire and health & safety.
* Conducting random checks of key registers and locker checks to ensure the hotel’s policies are adhered to and reporting on discrepancies.
* Ensuring no undesirables loiter in or around the hotel premises.
* Being alert for any unusual packages, guests or vehicles and advising the security manager.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high‑profile guests.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Remain calm whilst under pressure.
* Ability to be correct, secure and courteous in handling any disciplinary or criminal cases.
* Value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
* A smart and professional appearance.
* Approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
* 5‑star hotel experience in a similar role would be a real advantage.
* SIA Licence a must.
