Licensing Officer (Animal Licensing)
Location: Leicestershire
Rate: £30–£40 per hour
Contract: Part-time options available

Role:
I am currently assisting my client in Leicestershire, identify an Animal Licensing Officer on an hourly or per inspection basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out inspections of licensed and unlicensed premises to assess compliance with statutory requirements and welfare standards
* Provide advice and guidance to businesses, animal owners, and members of the public on animal welfare and licensing requirements.
* Prepare reports and represent the council at hearings, committees, and court proceedings where necessary.
Essential Requirements:
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload effectively.
* Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
