Energy & Carbon Manager - Sheffield, UK (Hybrid) - Permanent, Full-Time

Our client is looking for an Energy & Carbon Manager to lead and elevate their growing portfolio of carbon and Net Zero services. You’ll act as a senior technical authority, trusted advisor and team leader, ensuring the consultancy work is robust, innovative and aligned with the fast-evolving energy and carbon policy landscape.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver:
* Oversee and quality-assure a wide range of energy and carbon services including: EPCs, DECs & ESOS assessments, site energy audits, carbon strategies and net zero roadmaps.
* Lead carbon reduction strategies across diverse portfolios
* Help clients set evidence-based targets and track KPIs that matter
* Support bids, tenders and commercial proposals
* Lead workshops, briefings and strategic discussions
* Build long-term, high-value client relationships
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in energy consultancy, sustainability or carbon management
* Strong understanding of UK carbon legislation and compliance
* Skilled in carbon foot printing, GHG reporting & decarbonization strategies
* Energy auditing experience
* Strong technical reporting & client engagement skills
* Commercial acumen and proposal/bid support experience
* Willingness to travel across the UK
