We are seeking an accomplished Desktop Operations Manager to lead end-user compute (EUC) services across Desktop Support, Field Operations, and Asset & Build. Reporting into senior IT leadership, you will have end-to-end accountability for EUC delivery, governance, and continuous improvement across office, showroom, manufacturing, and remote environments. This is a hands-on leadership role based at our Barton-Upon-Humber site 5 days per week which is suited to an experienced operations manager who can bring structure and direction to a largely early-career workforce while building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders. Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams, setting clear standards, priorities, and ways of working. Ensure consistent, high-quality end-user support, with strong ticket management and SLA performance. Own the full desktop asset lifecycle, including secure device builds, provisioning, and accurate, auditable asset data. Oversee EUC projects and deployments, including offices, showrooms, manufacturing, and device rollouts. Act as the senior operational contact for EUC, providing structured reporting on performance, risks, and progress. Drive continuous, data-led improvement in service quality, KPIs, and operational maturity.
