Our bar in the heart of Hinckley is searching for a positive, committed, proactive and flexible Team Leader who would enjoy working part time with a flexible rota.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS A TEAM LEADER, YOU WILL......
Promote and grow the business.
Ensure the venue is open on time and ready for business.
Ensure excellent FOH service, allocate and support staff throughout the shift to maintain speed of service and cleanliness of the venue.
Praise when standards are met and address bad practice if necessary.
Maintain BOH and cellars to a high standard.
Complete daily paperwork.
Pre-empt and actively respond to problems that arise during the shift and inform management.
Ensure the venue is closed on time, clean down is completed to a high standard and the venue is secure before leaving.
Assist in cash handling procedures when required.
Liase with management after every shift, both positive and negative feedback.
Attend staff meetings.
