Job Title: QA Manager
Location: West Sussex
Salary: C. £40-45k DOE
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 7-5pm (39hrs p/w)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for heading factory external audits and maintaining all accreditation
* Responsible for preparing and managing our internal and external audits maintaining compliance and document validation
* Ensuring the day to day management of the Technical department and schedules run smoothly and to schedule
* To build and maintain a quality management system based on relevant audit standards and highlighting best practice
* Ensure all non-conformances are raised, recorded and managed working alongside other departments where needed to maintain compliance
* Lead and develop the Factory team so they are engaged and focused on quality and compliance
* Lead the HACCP team within the business
* Work alongside the department managers to ensure we create a lean culture with proactive continuous improvements whilst maintaining our quality standards
* Responsible for heading factory tours spreading the Montezuma’s magic to all visitors
* Identify, report and head cost saving exercises within the Operations team
