As a relief team member, you’ll step in when needed covering shifts for holidays, sickness and busy times. Your flexibility will make a real difference to our residents and your colleagues.

What you’ll be part of:
🧹 Vacuuming, dusting and keeping rooms fresh and welcoming
🧺 Looking after laundry and linen with care and attention
🌼 Helping residents enjoy a tidy, comfortable environment
🤝 Working with a kind, supportive team who’ve always got your back

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organised
✔️ A caring and considerate attitude towards others
✔️ Good attention to detail and a can-do approach
✔️ The ability to work well as part of a team
✔️ Experience of working in a care home would be an advantage
✔️ Understanding of the safe use of cleaning chemicals in a care home environment
✔️ No previous care experience needed — just a willingness to learn

As a Christian organisation, you will need to have a respect for all aspects of Christian worship.

You will also need to become a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to adhere to the SSSC Code of practice.
