We’re working with a regional law firm looking to hire a Commercial Property Paralegal into their team in Frodsham. You’ll support fee earners on a range of commercial property matters, assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities include:
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties by phone, email and occasionally in person
* Assist with commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leases
* Draft and prepare legal documents such as leases, licences, reports on title and completion statements
* Carry out and review searches, title documents and Land Registry entries
* Manage file administration and keep the case management system up to date
* Chase outstanding documentation and deal with enquiries
* Prepare completion packs and coordinate with the accounts team
* Handle post-completion work including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
* Support fee earners with ongoing matters and general team administration
* Ensure compliance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements
What we need from you:
* Able to commute to Frodsham
* Minimum of 12 months’ experience in commercial property or a similar legal environment
