Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Remuneration: £12.65 per hour + 25% shift allowance
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract (9 months, with potential for extension or conversion)

About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be essential in creating top-notch medical components by adhering to set procedures and safety standards. You'll be working in a cleanroom environment, assembling products that truly impact patients worldwide. What You Will Do
Assemble tubing, connectors, and medical product bags according to Standard Operating Procedures
Read and interpret drawings and instructions to ensure accurate product assembly
Carry out precise measurements using basic tools like tape measures
Complete documentation to GMP standards
Inspect products and promptly raise any concerns
Support safety and quality initiatives
Contribute to Lean and Practical Process Improvement activities
Collaborate with colleagues across shifts to ensure seamless operations
What We Are Looking For
Experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow set procedures accurately
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with shift schedules
Clear communication skills and proactive in escalating issues
Capability to perform repetitive tasks with diligence
Strong team player who values collaboration
Education
Secondary Education or equivalent qualification
Working Environment and Requirements
Cleanroom environment with full PPE supplied
Active role involving standing and moving throughout the shift
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
Adherence to gowning requirements: no jewelry or makeup
Shifts
Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm (early)
Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm (back)
Sunday to Friday, 10pm to 6am (night)
