About the Role:
Are you a strategic and commercially minded property leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? We are representing a well-established and growing hospitality group in their search for a Head of Property to oversee their hotel estate across the UK and Europe.
This is a high-impact, senior leadership role reporting directly to the Group Director of Property Development. You will oversee construction projects, estate management, maintenance strategy, capex planning, and health & safety across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead development and refurbishment projects, collaborating with external consultants and contractors.
* Identify and implement value-adding opportunities through development, extensions, and space optimization.
* Manage the property capex budget, including reviewing and approving requests.
* Coordinate with internal teams to maintain high standards in maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet brand standards.
* Lead health & safety and risk management across all projects.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in construction project management, preferably within hospitality or leisure sectors.
* Deep knowledge of M&E systems and estate infrastructure.
* Experience managing diverse consultant and contractor teams.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to enhance property value.
* Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex priorities.
* Experience developing business cases and long-term capex strategies.
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with a network of property professionals.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
* Estate management expertise, especially with third-party leases.
* Experience working across European markets.
Package Includes:
* Salary up to c£90,000 per annum.
* Up to £20,000 annual bonus (dependent on company performance).
