Daily Responsibilities:
* Supporting personal development and promoting independence
* Collaborating with supervisors to set and achieve targets
* Providing personal care
* Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adapt learning plans
* Applying calm conflict resolution and behaviour management techniques
Requirements:
* Child & Adult DBS check
* Eligibility to work with children
* Own transport due to limited public transport
* Genuine motivation to progress within social care
* Minimum grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
