The role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Brand Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of brand activity across digital, e‑commerce, social and retailer channels. You’ll drive the execution of campaigns, manage content development, coordinate agencies, and ensure flawless delivery of product launches, promotions and seasonal activity. With responsibility for digital assets, online retail content, social media and influencer activation, you’ll be at the centre of a fast‑paced FMCG marketing operation. The role also offers valuable exposure to category management and commercial decision‑making, working closely with the Marketing & Category Controller and cross‑functional teams across Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.

The ideal fit
* Experience in a Junior / Brand Manager role or equivalent
* Strong hands‑on experience delivering campaigns and managing activity end to end.
* Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
* Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
* Exposure to, or understanding of, category management principles is desirable.
* Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
* Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
