Our team is busy, and we need your help to look after a continually growing practitioner team and patient caseload.
Based in Essendon, St Kilda, Blackburn, Malvern East, and operating since 2009, Melbourne Sports Physiotherapy offers high-quality, 1-on-1, 30-minute private consultations and high-end rehabilitation for all sports and musculoskeletal injuries.

You will be surrounded by experienced, APA Titled physiotherapists with over 120+ years of combined private practice experience in a challenging and educational environment.
Our mentoring and in-service roster is planned 12 months in advance and is non-negotiable, reflecting our team-first approach.

WHAT THE MSP TEAM THINKS:
You will be responsible for:
Mentoring via 1:1 30-minute sessions, and coordinating and hosting fortnightly group presentations.
Independently consulting with patients (assessment, diagnosis, planning, and treatment), utilizing admin time effectively.
* Communicating with relevant parties (GPs, specialists, sports clubs, etc.)
* Participating in activities to attract and retain clients
* Measuring against Clinical Excellence Indicators such as utilization rate, PVA, client satisfaction, and team satisfaction
You will be provided with support and guidance to help us improve continually.
You will also be excited about building something meaningful, developing deep patient relationships, and fostering a fun, vibrant, community-oriented culture.

ARE YOU THE BRILLIANT CLINICAL MENTOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
If so, you will be:
Incredibly passionate about helping people move well, recover, and feel great.
Highly skilled and experienced, mentoring physiotherapists with 2 to 20 years of experience, mostly titled or pursuing specialization.
Enthusiastic about teaching and growth.
Committed to excellence and willing to stretch beyond your comfort zone.
Constantly seeking personal and professional growth.
Proven in building and maintaining a private practice caseload.
Someone who enjoys having fun both inside and outside the workplace and doesn't take themselves too seriously.
You must be a good human—that's non-negotiable.
All applicants must have:
Bachelor or Doctorate of Physiotherapy, with at least 10 years of private practice or elite sport experience.
Preference for those with specialization or currently undertaking it.
Experience in teaching or mentoring physiotherapists.
Current AHPRA registration.
Maintaining Professional Indemnity Insurance.
Up-to-date vaccinations and meeting all employment conditions.
Right to work in Australia (no visa sponsorship).
